Pane Siciliano

This is our version of a white bread, but better. We have added durum wheat to the mix, giving it a light golden color. This is one of our best toasting breads. It makes for a great slice of toast in the morning and an incredible grilled cheese sandwich when you are looking for a little comfort food.
